Are you able to progress anything by talking to Misaki in the meeting room?
Post your save, and I'll see if this is a bug causing her to not appear, or if you need to progress more. You should be seeing her in there by now.
Completed all the quests in Hypatia (or at least I think those are all the quests) and fully corrupted both Erina and Hikari the but this quest is still in my log.

Sorry for the wait. I'm not sure where the misunderstanding came up, but using your save shows Hikari's corruption at completion, rather than her at level 1. You can find Hikari in the castle you start the game in on the first floor, near the left crystal.
That entry in the questlog is bugged. The quest is completed if you've dealt with the rebels, or let the plot go through, but the questlog doesn't show it as completed. I'll put out a fix for this in the next update.
I'm stuck on these missions. I'll complete the one with 4 red balls, but as you can see, it's still active. For the quests I haven't completed yet, can you give me a clue as to where to find the solution Please?
Go to Hypatia Castle. If you are in the Meeting Room leave and select to go to the Throne Room. The door to the bedroom is in the upper left corner. However based on what Umarius said based on the file you shared you have finished Hikari so that message would be an error if it just showed up. What did you specifically do to trigger that message, and can you repeat it? That would help Umarius fix the bug.
I played it for a couple of hours in the last 2 days after I did this correction, and sadly it just froze again today.

For Ayumi's favor, are you able to invite her to your bedroom, and is she in the war room? If you can invite her, and she is in the war room, then the quest is complete, but is just not being marked as complete in the journal. If this is the case, I'll make a fix for that in the next version.
Most of those other quests progress naturally as you complete other quests. The only ones that don't are unexpected meeting, and Divine assistance. For divine assistance, talk to 5 people at high levels of compliance in Hypatia. There's one in the church, two just outside the church, one in the royal district, and one in the commercial district. If you can't progress, it's likely that one of your compliance levels for Hypatia isn't high enough. Some people have reported a bug where their game skips giving them a compliance point after updating, so if you've done everything, and can't progress, post your save, and I'll see if there's a bug preventing you from progressing. For unexpected meeting, if you're on the part where you can help Ferox, there are four things to help him with. There's an abandoned camp just outside his cave, supplies in the bottom right side of the same map that you can give to the human with the other supplies in his cave, an orc in Derugial's center you can kill if you keep talking to him, and documents in Yuma's room.
If it's the type of freeze where the audio still works, but the image is frozen, then that's an issue with the way the RPG maker MV engine and your system interact, rather than with this game specifically. If that's the case, and that fix doesn't work, then I'm not sure what else I can do. I'll see if I can find any other fixes for this, and let you know. If it's not that type of freeze, then describe it, and I'll see if it's a different issue.
Can you post a save from just before that message shows up?
How have you been updating your game? Have you been overwriting older files with new ones, or copying your save folder to the new version? I tested your save on a fresh install of V0.2.14, and the new quests unlocked the moment I stepped into the meeting room in Hypatia.
If you overwrote old files, that method of updating is a common cause of a few bugs, and not something I would recommend. Using a fresh install, and copying your save folder to the new version is typically the safer method of updating. It's also possible that when you were extracting the zip folder, something became corrupted, and caused this issue.
Like I said, your save worked on a fresh install of V0.2.14, so try using a fresh download/install of it, copying your save folder over to that version, and try using that save again. Let me know if this works.

Someone please help me. I've tried everything. I don't know if my live save is broken, bugged, or if there's some kind of glitch. The nobles' quests have been completed. But I still can't complete the umes quest. I tried talking to the NPCs in the location you guys told me about. Nothing happened

Have you done the religious quests? Talking to the Priest in the bar in the Commercial district of Hypatia? That is the support Umes cares about.

Sorry for the wait. Tested your save on a fresh install of V0.2.14 a few times, and everything worked fine. Hikari was in her room after that message came up, and I was able to access her level 1 content. The first save you posted (Save 17), had her corruption completed, with Hikari being moved to the castle you start the game in. This save (save 13), has all of her level 1 content working fine. How have you been updating the game? Have you been overwriting old files, or copying the save folder over to the new version?
You somehow managed to skip a variable increase that shouldn't be possible to skip or miss. I edited your 4th save file to give you the missing variable increase. You should be able to progress now with the attached file. Like with the reply above this one, how have you been updating your game? Have you been overwriting old files, or copying the save folder over to the new version?
Improperly updating your game, or something going wrong during updating to a new version is the most common cause of missing these variable increases.
