I mean in theory Rooster could require two-factor authentication the first time an account logs in on a new machine. So the DIK laptop would be much easier to hack if you had ready access to it.
But at this point we are probably overthinking things. And that's me saying this.

no matter how many different set of nudes she has on her computer, someone else uploading them is a huge problem. DIK official account posted it, so it doesn't matter... well you gotta connect USB device to someone else's laptop, log in to Rooster (I think they are only familiar with logging in via mobile app, logging in to Rooster on a browser gotta be a challenge for them, yeah) then upload the photo with proper grammar... that's way above Dawe and Anthony's league. I think it's pretty clear that whoever was ultimately responsible, the Cathy-cluck was a group effort. There's no one entity that would a) have a way to get the picture of Cathy, b) have access to the DIKs Rooster account and c) want to stir up trouble between the DIKs and Cathy/B&R.

That's a good point! On the other hand, besides the HOTs, the new pledges aren't really identifiable characters so it would be weird to pin this on them.

This is a little corny, but fuck it I'll say it. I really appreciate this community, all the regulars Mormont, Bacchus, the guy who uses Ciri as his Avatar, all the Bella stans. Really I've really grown to like most of you despite not talking to you guys regularly.
The community feeling and mutual love for this game is realy cool. The only thing enjoy about the wait between updates is the constant jabbering about this game. I consider almost all of you to be my bros, excluding the Quinn fans, and that's a joke in case someone takes that seriously.

It was problematic decision. I bound with Maya on my main (NEUTRAL) path and Maya is as well only one CHICK possibility of the three choices. So I had to decide between sex with Sarah and dance with Sage on DICK path and so sex won over dance.

I’m pretty sure Tommy is responsible for the Cathy picture at least indirectly. (I’m pretty sure) it’s him we find in the Library which is where Rusty says he found the laptop.

Tommy wasn't in the library, that was Nick, the DIK who lost his brother. He actually tells you a little about Vinny in the scene. I don't think it was Tommy, but the game do try to raise the possibility with him leaving the scene when Josy shows up.
The thing is that he seems to like the fraternity too much to do something like that, he doesn't have a good motive, for now, none of the DIKs do. The reason why i think we will join the DIKs next episode is that we need to know a little more about the other DIKs to better assess the situation, because aside from Rusty, Tommy, Jacob and Nick we don't know much about them.

My mistake, but I think Nick is a prime candidate then. Perhaps he was the real reason his ‘brother’ left. the main reason Tommy is under suspicion is that he may be trying to get rid of rusty so that his plans with Quinn can move Forward. maybe he figures he’ll get removed From the Frat like Chad

Maybe, Nick was where the "murder weapon" was found, but, he did have a good reason to be there, and he seems really shaken by his brother having left college. We will probably learn more about him after joining the DIKs.
About Tommy, he lacks motive. His plan hinges on Rusty's influence. The only reason they can use the pink rose is Rusty. Also, i don't think Rusty will be removed of the frat, his family is too powerful, but he will lose the Presidency. Tommy will probably be the President and another DIK will step up as the VP. I can see Rusty's last act as President being him passing the torch to the MC, letting him join the DIKs. It could make it a great episode 5 ending.
