I had a "fuck friend" with a 8 inches penis hard (long) and 6 inches penis hard (thickness), and he was ALWAYS HARD. I gave him kisses and he easily/quickly had an erection. Now he living in another country sadly.

the correlation exists because the bigger the cock, the more blood is needed to keep it hard. I don't think your friend used viagra, but in porn those with big dicks have to take something... it's an industry. I think physical condition has a lot of influence, if you are in good health it is easier for blood to reach the penis easily. Also libido levels.

every person and every body is different... and it's true that diet and physical conditions have an influence, but I don't believe in the legend of big, high-performance cocks anyway... or maybe when you're very young because obviously there's an exaggerated libido ..
